Effective 5/26/2009: Where the dues are paid by the clerk's city, the membership shall stay with the city and not the clerk as long as the city notifies the executive board within 30 days of the new hire.

Effective 8/3/2002: Membership dues received after October 31st will not be accepted for the current year.
